At one time I thought it was Predaking, but now I think it is Menasor. He was my first combiner as a kid. I had worked very hard trying to get all the parts. If the Combaticons were in the stores at the same time, I would have probably got them instead.

Its between the Predacons and the Technobots. They both had great characters and cool gestalts personalities.

I always wanted, but never got the (proper) Terrorcons.
The prices went up at the time (if I remember correctly) and my parents couldn't afford them :(

Superion takes nostolgia. One of my friends had Air Raid and I thought he was the coolest, and the only TFs I got to see were VHS rentals, one of which contained "War Dawn", my favorite episode as a kid (next to the Dinobots appearances, of course). Now a days dunno if that would be the case, but fuzzy memories do wonders ^_^

Rail Racer BUT...the original post said G1. So Menasor. I just like the Stunticons, and in MY own little world of RID, the Motormaster and the rest of them are included.

    You need to ask? ;)

Besides the obvious one my other favorites are Constructicons, Seacons, Combaticons, and Terrorcons. As for Autobots I like Railracer and Technobots.

As far as toys go, I'd have to say Predaking. He looked good combined and had the weight I expected from a massive robot like that. Plus the fact that they were all predatory creatures, following the examples set by Devastator and Superion (at least they were all jets).

As for characters, I liked Bruticus and Defensor.

I only remember the Constructicons who form Devastator... I really enjoyed them in the 1986 movie, especially when they were all fighting over the leadership of the Decepticons.

I gotta go with Computron, Devastator, Piranacon( BW God Neptune version ) and Bruticus (saving the best for last) since these are the ones I have in my collection.

Still can't believe I was able to trade my complete G2 Bruticus (BAD COLORS!!) for a complete with packaging G1 Euro classic Bruticus (G1 COLORS!!!).

Constructicons, Stunticons or Combaticons since they got the most character development.

If you're asking about toys it's RiD Railracer.

There are so many to chose from. I guess I would have to say that it is a toos up between Predaking, Raiden, and Liokaiser. They are all awesome. I wish I had the $$$$ to get/ complete all 3.

however in the cartoon the predacons and terrorcons, seemed the most dangerous and best looking, shame about their limited character development.

Wow, this is a lot tougher than I thought it would be. And, its kinda hard to pick just one, since some of the teams are sort of on their own level, so to speak.

I'd have to say G1 Devastator, for the nostalgia alone. He was the first TF combiner we had, and he was a total badass. Unfortunately, the toy left much to be desired, as it relates to playability (he looks cool, but I've yet to see one that can stay together well enough to actually play with). Secondarily, I'd like to give RID Rail Racer a nod. IMO, he may be the sleekest and best proportioned TF combiner we've ever had...very well done indeed.

The rest of the G1 combiners, for the most part, are so fundamentally similar that, IMO, none really stand head and shoulders above any others (Predaking excepted).

I didn't care for the proportions or combining technique of the Build Team combiner, nor do I particulary enjoy the "awkward" appearance of the Energon teams.
