You should probably try calling or emailing costumer service. They should be able to help you out.

The operator, Ken, has suffered repeated strokes (at least two last I got any word), the first of which coincided closely with the destruction of much of his workshop due to an exploding pressue pot. I don;t believe he was ever able to get back to full scale work before the second stroke hit.
