Really, I don't mind the captions, because it doesn't interfere too much. It's when the "humor" works its way into the article that bothers me. It's one thing for a skilled humorist to add humorous comments, but that invites unskilled folk to add unfunny things, which brings down the level of the wiki.

It does make for good casual reading, and it helps highlight the ridiculous nature of the Transformers series. Its no so fun being so serious all the time imho.
