Yeah, cause while I'm loving the Classics figures, I aint buying the minicon sets or the LOC (except maybe Perceptor). Now if they were called Micromasters, it'd be a whole different story.

Since we get a Starscream in every line, I'm always perplexed why we don't get a full slew of repaints for (at least) all three original seekers in every line. They seem such obvious choices - guaranteed to get the collector's dollar, and the kiddies get to choose their favorite color. Even though we did see all three colors in Armada, I would have preferred Skywarp to be a straight-up repaint, and not a remold. Save the remolding for Ramjet, Dirge, and Thrust.

Energon Starscream in particular is a stunning choice for multiple repaints. As I recall, the mold was quite well-received among most of us; and I maintain it's a much stronger "classics" Starscream than the one we're actually getting. I would be delighted to purchase seven of those in all the seeker colors (including Sunstorm). Modifying the wings slightly for a Dirge, Ramjet, or Thrust would be icing on the cake.

I'm not one for clinging desperately to G1, nor a huge fan of homages... but there's something very special about the trio of Skywarp, Starscream, and Thundercracker - and I wouldn't mind seeing that preserved ongoing.

yeah, it's downright criminal that we didn't get more releases of Energon Starscream (especially given how nasty the 2nd US release was - painted over the cockpit, ugh.) that mold as a translucent orange and yellow Sunstorm would just make me wet myself as many times as they've drug out Bendy Prime... seriously, though, it's one of my all time favorite molds.

or GF/C Voyager Starscream 2 pack of Thundercracker and Skywarp (<-- that just SCREAMS exclusive to SOMEWHERE to me)...

EDIT:
oh, and ON TOPIC there's also the threepack of deluxes in the TrU Computer for $29.99. nothing is known yet, but i'll be a rabid yak if it's not ina 'Classic's' style package. my bet originally was a seeker 3 pack with Thundercracker, Skywarp and either a more G1-ish Starscream or Sunstorm, but now that we've got a Skywarp exclusive @ Target, i'm gonna say it'll be redeco'd molds from the last 2-3 lines done to fit in Classics... (or jsut a 3 pack of the new molds)

I gotta say, aside from some of the LOCs and MP Prime (unless they change their minds and make him all plastic) it looks like I really want to get everything that they're releasing under Classics.
