When you get down to brass tacks, that's a very late Japan-G1/Brave Series design. Notice the star shin guards and the V-style chest? Wracking my brain on what figure this would be easy to repaint from but I know it kind of exists...

Basically, all five Dinobots are never on screen at the same time, but which one is missing is inconsistent.

Slag, Snarl, after the idiocy of the name change during Animated I sometimes get those two mixed up since technically they could mean the same guy.

I would say Omega Supreme because of his backstory... well that is if that's the right origin story for the constructicons with how the show gave conflicting origin statements concerning them.

 

The cartoon actually isn't the primary rationale for the OS/Devy rivalry - at the time, Devestator was the only combiner and was initially treated more as a giant super soldier. To provide the Autbot equivalent, there was their own super giant Omega Supreme.
