Not bad. Not the quote I was expecting though.

I was thinking it was going to be "Freedom is the right of all sentient beings."

 

As a fellow highschooler here, that is one excellent senior quote.

Another good one too, if my school had senior quotes I know a couple people who would possible say that.

 

Firstly well done on the paper. Secondly the first quote would work better because while the second one everyone's going to know where it's from, the first one mixes both good literature with an amusing fact. You can't have it be both for one person, it pretty much has to be either the best or the worst of times depending on the situation. I don't think anyone has ever said "It was the So-So of Times."

Also anyone who doesn't know Transformers will still get a laugh out of it because just about everyone knows that opening salvo from a Tale of Two cities.

Very nice! Its cool to hear others doing this too.

For my honors English class in my Junior year we had to do a "Creative Expression Project" that expressed ourselves and connected to a theme. I did a stop-motion video that a lot of my fellow students liked, and my teacher continued to show over and over again to her various classes to give them an idea of what to do with the project. Think I got a 96% on it as well! Thats about 3 years old now haha.

Heck even in my first year in college two years back in English we had to write a short story type thing and I did mine on a conversation between Optimus and Megatron.

Transformers can be a good starting point for stuff like this.
