    Both versions are totally different but I like them both. I like Comic Shockwave a lot more though.

    I love every incarnation of Shockwave, even the Bayformers one (though he was criminally underused) my favourite has to be the Marvel (especially UK) portrayal, cold logical and ruthless.

    Prime Shockwave was the best. The animated G1 character was not Shockwave.

    I can agree, I wish Marvel Megatron actually got to legit lead the Decepticons instead of everyone else taking over, at least for a little bit more than the first 4 issues.

    You should read a Marvel G1 UK story called 'Enemy Within'. Portrays Megatron at his most sneaky and cunning best and also gives us cartoon Starscream on the comic page.

    Definitely prefer the cartoon version, not the Decepticon on steroids that is, apparently, the comics version. Fighting all five Dinobots to a stalemate is, to me, something only a combiner should be able to accomplish.

    I loved Shockwave in the cartoon the most.

    Also the Shockwave in Dr. Smoov's parody was great as well.

    I've always loved G1 Shockeave. He's got cool colors, a simple yet fun transformation, and turns into a gun you can hold. What's not to love about him?

    I always read the comics using the cartoon voice in my head. Comics was the best version just for how much he was incorparated in the story. Sicking the predacons on megatron was a great issue. Cartoon version was a little bland imo. I did like the Prime version as well.

    I grew up with the Marvel version. I liked him in Dreamwave as well.
