the "no" at the end is not broken up like the text beforehand, it stands to reason that she's no longer on the edge of tears.

there's some symbolism in this comic, thankfully not plastered profusely in pages of purple prose.

The things you can do even with a figure like that in a comic... you do much better a job at emotin' the character than a good deal of professional comic book artists (and sadly, that ain't too far off of the truth ^^; Yes, been watchin' Linkara's video's recently)

Hoo boy. Tsu never sure does give up to the horrors in her psyche... and busts out the big guns, busts up the grave and goes in for Swipes. You gotta face your fears... and roll over them, if need be.

Thanks, Fez! Tsugaru doesn't seem like the type to hide her feelings, y'know, and when you're using a character like that, you've got to do what you can to make sure they come out.  

hf: I didn't, but looking at that picture (Arnage), I now see that I might as well have. Add it to the unintended homage list, with all the others.  

...in my defense, Tsugaru at least has an exoskeleton to handle those heavy guns, in a dream or not.   Of course, she still has to pick them up, but then, she's a cyborg, so That's All Right Then.  

Arnage seems really cool! A butt-kickin' character like that might actually get me to give the Nanoha series a try.
