Nice stuff! I like your series so far, keep 'em coming! Just a note... why the mix of fonts in the title bar? I mean, it might be a good idea to stick to one for visual consistency. That's one of the main things to consider- a consistent "image" for your series, if that makes any sense. Like... everything G13 does is Comic Sans, with MSPaint word bubbles. Karhukjnsi gives each character their own typeface and uses Photoshop for word bubbles. I give each "type" of character their own typeface (Autobots and Decepticons versus pure robots, humans, speech synthesisers, beastformers and crossovers from alternate dimensions), so finding your "image", so to speak (no pun intended) is an important facet of carving your niche. All in all I want to see more!
@Gearshift, thanks so much for your advice. This is only my second attempt and I still have so much to learn (including my Photoshop skill). I will post my first one soon which I've done a while ago with just Paint. By the way, do you have any examples that I can look at?
Okay, here's my general compilation of the fonts and speech bubble styles I could find, along with a comparison of the title areas to yours. Careful, it's a big image
Gearshift, I love when you do the drawings of the faces and expressions, it makes me do fuzzy laughs inside. <3
Thanks Gearshift, I will look in to this. By the way, below is my first attempt which I did a while ago. Put it here so I can remove the other extra thread.
Wow, that is Fail on Cliff's part X3 What a debate about repaints earlier and otherwise quite a good start on your comic
