Bulkhead may look huge and menacing, but he's only the former. Once you get to know him, he has a gentle spark. He's afraid of hurting things smaller and more fragile than him (Being Clumsy Doesn't Help). He has a low tolerance for jerks (Optimus, Prowl, and Breakdown) and is quite happy to teach bots like that a lesson. Bulkhead and Ironhide grew up together on "The Other Side Of Cybertron" and have been in competition with one another ever since (Even Working At The Same Space Bridge Manufacturer To See Who Was Number One). Bulkhead was a Wrecker along with Wheeljack, at first the two didn't get along (One Loving Science and The Other Loving Wreckage) but after Wheeljack saved his life the two bonded and have been best friends ever since (Wheeljack Even Tutoring Bulkhead About Strategy And Bulkhead Showing Wheeljack How To Kick Some Tailpipe). He and Wheeljack left the Wreckers to join Optimus Prime in the fight against the Decepticons (Sargent Kup Couldn't Have Been Any Happier To Get Rid Of Ol' Numb Nuts). Bulkhead's number one goal as of now is to "Bulk Up" and join Team Prime no matter what.

Since Ratchet's bio mentioned Arcee will she be a part of the main cast later on and if so will we see her bio soon?

Yes Arcee and most of the others mentioned in the bios will make an appearance either main cast or from time to time, Arcee will be a part of the Main Cast but the other Fembots will be seen only now and then. Bios are posted when the character appears in the comic, with Steve being the exception. The next episode is coming at yah tomorrow!
