Hi this my attempt at a phocomic any input is appreciate thanks in a advance.

Arc: "BLASPHEMY"!!!!!!
MaoChao: Ah come on it not that bad.
Arc: Yes it is it can't have tomato without sour cream!!!!

MaoChao: Can you help me clean up.
Arc: Na I'm getting me a another one.

Arc: Come on push me up higher I'm almost there.

MaoChao: The things I have to put up with.

Not bad for a starter. Nice quality photos and a set up that gives me a chuckle... Just actually add the dialouge into the photos and You my friend are golden!

Good start. You are keeping the panel count low, which is a big thing in my book. As ultramagnus said, now focus on getting the text on the pictures. Do you have Microsoft Powerpoint? That is what I use for my comic, as it allows tons of manipulation of the dialogue and ease of use. If not, use MS Paint.

Also, and this is advice I give EVERY new comic creator, make sure you do your research. Not when it comes to the toys, but to comedy. Read other peoples webcomics, especially LegoTFGuys, Grimlock_13, weeklyhero, Fez Kindle's, Happy Hour, Spoiler comics (my apologizes to all the others who I am missing) and, if I might be egotistical, Hearts of Plastic and M and P's B&B.

Look at how we all do our humor...how we structure our jokes and make use of the panels. I personally learned from weeklyhero's strip and a few others how to get timing down, as well as reading DILBERT and PEARLS BEFORE SWINE. Half the battle is figuring out how to get the tone and pace right...once you have that, you will be golden

You are heading in the right direction, keep it up.
