Good start. How about changing balloon color between characters (or using some similar mechanism) so it is easier to determine who is talking off screen? It's easy to keep track of one or two characters, but gets a lot tougher when 3 or more are involved.

Yes. M and P will run Tuesdays and Thursdays, while Hearts of Plastic will run Monday, Wednesday and Friday...and depending on my mood either one could run on the weekend, depends on which one I want to post
