Thanks, all, for the encouraging words. Now, a brief disclaimer: the idea to do this comic popped into my head when it occurred to me that 'Jack has become a commonly used abbreviation for Wheeljack, it rhymes with Tracks, and they're made from the same mold.

And I own both of them.

And that was pretty much it.

I had no overarching story idea, just a funny-silly title and a vague notion that I could set up some kind of Odd Couple--Riggs & Murtaugh--Shawn & Gus--buddy comedy. So for anyone hoping for the next LSotW or FFoD, let me disavow you of such hopes right now. This ain't even gonna be Car Wash of Doom.

All that said, I have been putting some ideas together. I would love to say I'll post a new comic once a week. But if I did that, it would be the first schedule I've ever stuck to in my life, and breaking my record of never finishing anything I start frankly makes me nervous.

Will there be more of this? Yes. Will it be on time? Preposterous. Will it be funny? NO guarantees whatsoever.

For now, I'm off to start drinking heavily. Something's gotta fuel this insanity.
