He literally can do anything and bend physics to his will, and uses it to basically prank everyone. (Though the version I have here is a bit more violent.)

The Elements of Harmony should be sufficient in defeating Discord. They were previously used to cure Red Alert, Cybertron Megatron, Animated Soundwave, and Blight of their dark corruption at the hands of Motormaster back in "Robots in Disguise" and to possibly kill Sentinal Prime last chapter.

 

And I thought Belial in Collect war was bad with making pawns and starting his own campaign against the Autobots
