Anyway, so I can comment on topic...wasn't LTFG a Lego Skyquake before he vanished? Hm... maybe that cryptic Skyquake has a connection.

OK, so I've been trying to get some stuff together, but things have been popping up left and right.

However, I have an interesting thing to share- while going through some old papers I found one of the original scripts with some update ideas for Season 1 that never happened. Here's some of them, as a sort of behind the scenes look:

-Starscream being punished for trying to overthrow Megatron by having to clean up after Ravage. Screamer than has to buff Ravage, only to learn that it hurts to buff a cyber-cat the wrong way (which was a Garfield reference).

-Nexus Prime walks up top some guys and starts to ask him something, but his very presence reminds them of his original, less appropriate name, and they burst out laughing.

-Legos tries to watch TV. He turns it on only to have it blast at him full volume. He then yells out Cybertron Breakdown to turn down the volume before he turns off the TV, to which Breakdown replies "Eh? What?".

-Legos invents a growth ray, which he uses to make giant marshmallows. He gets a sugar high, and hilarity ensues.

-A sequel to the 'ASTFcomic' update (where Blackout hands Ramjet a bomb with a lit fuse, but then come back for it) where Legso wonders how people responded to his using of omeone else' joke. As he is about to turn on the laptop, he imagines everyone hating him for stealing a joke. With this in mind, he closes the laptop and decides to look later.

-Megatron berates Starscream for trying to take over the Decepticons (again), and says he should have more dignity like Soundwave. However, when nobody's around, Soundwave converts into his MP3 mode and starts playing Ke$ha.

-A parody of the short story "The Lady or the Tiger?" (read the Wikipedia article linked to understand it). The guy opens the door, only for ravage to junp on him. The guys exclaims that ravage isn't a tiger. As he is being mutilated, we see Soundwave and the other Recordicons in the stands watching. Frenzy comments how "These cameos sure a re entertaining!".

-Legos robot suit (the Wing Saber robot seen in the first chapter of Season 2) was going to be introduced when Dirge told Screamer that "Legos is building a robot suit." Screamer comments that it'll probably look stupid, only to freak out when the very tall and powerful suit is standing behind him

-A segment from the Season 2 episode "Knock It Off" (which was prigioanlly just going to be a random story arc in Season 1) where the Knockoffs won;t attack until high noon, for no reason other than "It's bad guy cliche."



Also, Season 2 was origioanly going to be VERY different. The ending to Knock It oFf would have been different; rather than revenge, Tugging Gun would have been after the AllSpark. He would have found it, as well as the Matrix of Leadership. Foolishly, he tries to combine their power, which results in an explosion that destroys the universe. However, Primus resurrects Legos and his team, saying that it will take some time for the universe to be completely destroyed, and that there is one part of Earth left: Lego's basement. In this mess, pieces of the AllSpark are hidden, and if they find them all, they can regenerate the universe. What's left of the universe is very unstable, though, so he can only resurrect more members of the Collection one at a time to help them. However, Unicron wants the universe to stay dead for some reason, and so he resurrects some enemies to stop them.

Legos and his team would have won, of course, but I didn't plan beyond that due to my scrapping of the idea.


OK, so that's your behind- the-scenes look. I'll try to post more behind-the-scenes stuff later this week in the form of pictures from the cancelled chapter 'Psych You Out."

 

I would have liked to see some of those comics. Also, when are you going to start daily updates again?

 

I think I'd like to see the Starscream and Ravage mess.  

 

Wow, loved that different ending to the Knock It Off arc. That would have been really neat to see in comic form.
