Why I do believe it's time for an... Update!: Sorry of panel 9 looks a little weird I'm still working on my laser effects.
So here's a quick little update in order to keep the pacing of the story up. Unfortunately unless you've actually seen the show Psych you probably won't understand what Megatron and Astrotrain are talking about. Anyways here's an update:
I'm referencing the show Psych, it shows on USA network and it will be entering it's Sixth season soon, but they just started showing re-runs of the first five seasons on ion tv. The show itself is about a guy with photographic memory who works for the Santa Barbara Police dept pretending to be a psychic. The person Optimus is supposed to be is the head detective of the police department who doesn't like Shawn (the fake psychic) because he's always showing him up or making fun of him.
The Mentalist is about a former fake psychic whose family was murdered by the serial killer Red John. Since then, Patrick Jayne, the main character, since moved from being a huckster to using his powers of observation to solve crimes, though sometimes he annoys his co workers. In Psych, Shawn is still saying he's psychic, and only Gus, his best friend and his father know he's faking
Fun Fact: They actually did make a reference to The Mentalist in an episode of Psych. Shawn and Gus end up in Canada and while they are explaining that they're psychic detectives to the Canadian police the guy they're talking to asks if they mean like "The Mentalist". Anyways so this is probably the easiest comic I've made yet because 85% of the comic is the same picture used over and over again. Update: By the way in case you're wondering Megatron is supposed to be popping up out of the lego pieces in panel four but the blur effect didn't come out quite right.
