I half expected Cliffjumper to pop out thinking he heard his name.

Is this coincidental, or a Verb of the Noun Homage?

No comic post (That will happen tomorrow), but I wanted to get an opinion on this:

I have had alot of experience writing comics. I wrote a political comic for 2 years for my college paper, I was the head of a writing group for CCGrealms (I ended up earning the title of Spoof King), and I have studied humor writing in my spare time...

And yes, I realize how silly it is to claim to be so educated yet rely upon Bill Cosby's floating head and Ratchet being a dick.

That said, I have been considering getting together with some other funnies writers and creating a "Guide to Funnies Creation" Thread, to share tips on writing for new comic creators. Some topics would include:

-Panel length and why it is so important

    -The art of posing

    -Dialogue flow

Those are only a few ideas.

My question is...would there be any interest in a thread like that, both from people wanting to read it, and other people wanting to help with it (as I would love to get other people helping out, as my style is different from others).

I'd be interested in both sides of that idea. I think I'm doing a decent job with mine and might be able to pass along a few kernels or knowledge, but I know I can do to learn more about it as well.

I'd be interested in helping with something like that. :)

By the way, you have a really nice and hilarious comic. Been reading for a while but I just noticed I haven't commented at all. :D

Not saying it's a bad idea because there's no such thing as "too many sources of help", but there are some really good tutorials already here (like the one that is sticky-ed)

This is a GREAT one for first timers by Pol.
