So many good choices, but I definitely got to vote for Scourge from Pol's Warring At Play.

 

I voted. Might want to remove the repeat of Landmine/Prime Time, shows up before and after Jazz/Out of the Dead Land.

But i can only vote for one...

And Scoop's fatherly "if they try to hurt you i'll kick their rears" wins the best serious character from me.

Lots of good choices here. My vote goes to Warring At Play's Scourge, though. I just love what Pol's done with his character.

I had a hard time on this one. Ultimately, I just went with the question, "who do I want to see more dialogue and interaction from?" And that narrowed it down to a few.   But from there, I finally picked one. Real happy with my choice, and good luck to 'im! (and no, I ain't sayin'   )

EDIT: Ooh! And someone voted for Megs! Nothing much to that, but it made me happy  

 

Psycho got nominated?! Wow...just wow...I'm not sure he qualifies as a serious character. But thanks to whomever nominated my favorite two guys to write for!

Some really tough decisions here! I'm going to have to mull this over carefully...

... I choose Landmine if only for the sheer ironic fact that abot a year or two ago, he would've been a candidate for funny character.   But honestly, all of these choices are great.

EDIT. Voted for Sideswipe. Over 2010 we saw that guy go through a story arc that saw him struggle with his life as a soldier, wrestle with the fact that he'd fallen in love with a new girl but was still broken hearted over the death of his old one, finally achieve a small moment of peace, and then make a terrible choice between allow his new love to be killed in battle or taking down a squad of soldier's he'd trained himself and saw as his own boys. All of which ended with a lonely tumult in the clouds...
It was a powerful story arc, and throughout all of it, Sideswipe remained a likable, honest guy, doing the best he could in a less than ideal situation.
RIP Swideswipe. 

 

Looks like Pol's Scourge is in the lead so far.

 

Toughest choice yet for me, but Scourge won out because hands down, he stands out to me as a character that I actually have thought about on a random occassion or two without being ANYWHERE near the comic, lol
