I really enjoyed Megatron's comment about Starscream and fairy-tales And several Autobots are in the stocks!
Yeah, it's fun thinking of how cross-universal characters would react to each other. Several! Those are just the ones who weren't executed... like Skids and Bumblebee. You people and your popcorn. See what you started, T+C?
Me? Why me? Surely people have been using the popcorn smiley far longer than I have. I didn't get started on reading the comics here on TFW until this past year, after all.
Thanks. Yes, there's a logistics issue with it right now as I only have about 25 TF's not packed away somewhere. Once I get that taken care of (it'll be a while, as I may move again), I'll pick up again.
Well, it's good to see updates and a cool story to start things off. Hope to see more soon--and likely quite a bit after the awards are done.
Muhahaha! The awards will never be done. Once we wrap it up, it'll be time to start talking 2010 awards. Actually, I just haven't had too much time to do any photo manipulation, lately.
Uh, hello? A great number of us either have jobs or school/college to go to, not to mention there are times in life where there are obligations to one's family, friends, etc. that are more important than anything else, including one's hobby of collecting and making photo-comics. For the last time... be patient. Not all of the comic makers here on TFW are going to update their comics constantly. They will update when they have the time AND a comic all ready to post.
Maybe Zherbus will come back and work on this comic, maybe he won't. If it's the latter, then yeah... I'll definitely miss this comic.
I'm working on something... I really missed the fandom and writing fancrap and comics. I've settled in my new life so I've been getting the creativity going. Will The Classics War continue? Not directly. Two major reasons: 1) The photoshopping of complete backgrounds is very tedious. VERY hard work. And a bit underappreciated, to be honest. What would take an average person to draw up, say, 12 panes... I might get half-way through the second one if I wanted to make it half way believable. 2) I sold a lot of my Classics/Universe/Generations/RTS/3rd party stuff. Will I tie up the storyline? I don't think so, but I may. It's an overarching escalation that has a different way of tying in the end of the season 2 cartoon and the '86 movie. Knowing the inevitability kind of takes away from the story. Will the side story continue? I think so, actually. I had a lot of ideas that I hadn't yet let come into being.
Glad to hear from you, but that stinks that you sold a lot of the figures you used in this comic. Nonetheless, I look forward to whatever you're working on.
Welcome back, Z! Sorry to hear that The Classics War won't continue, but I can understand the exhaustion that comes from photoshopping all the backgrounds. Your comic was the most labour-intensive one I've yet seen, and I'm sure you felt burnt-out many times (at least, I would have felt so). I'm glad to hear you have another story in pre-production though!
