...and updatedude, here's a tutorial I just whipped up this afternoon. I loved the picture in it, but I can't use it in the comic. So I just made a picture there.
Here would be the hypothetical comic page with that image as done with Comic Life. | Coolness. Always glad to see more in the tutorial section, especially since I'm totally new with Photoshop.
Totally cool result. Very natural.
Now, to show that I ain't just sucking up, some critique as well. The flare/lighting for the sword and right plane shoulder seems kinda out of place in this pic. Especially being a night scene and all.
That said, this is just a demo pic and that was just major major nitpicking on my side. Actually, I think the pic's super special awesome, and especially like the light up eyes effect.
I may have to get GIMP to supplement my current photoshop.
