Since SG Soundwave's Earth mode (retool of Uni. Ironhide) is of a white S.U.V. with a Cold Slither logo on it, I thought I'd throw in a sort of homage to that.

As an aside, ROTF Soundwave is in canon along with the visiting Animated guys as to where they all actually come from. That's why Jazz and Prowl reconize ROTF Soundwave.

I went to a Sonic's resturant yesterday, believe it or not. Man do I love their "Sonic Blast" treats.

    Everybody always asumes that.

Well, "The Touch" is an inspiring song with lyrics that has been used before in Transformers. As is "Dare". Of course, it could also be the original main theme, Lion's extended version for the '86 movie, "Stand in Our Way" by Spectre General, "Hunger" by same, "Dare to be Stupid" by Weird Al, other versions of the main theme, one of the Japanese themes, et cetera. Of course, for all we know it could be something out of left field, like "Hail to the Chief".

    NOTES:

    1. I had to break up the battle scene after the last update had been shot, because it had gotten late and I couldn't keep that area of the house totally blocked off by two warring toy armies, so that's why Omega Doom's halves look differently placed at the start of this update.

    2. I had to listen to Dare fifty or so times in order to get the lyrics synced with the pictures. I wanted to match all the drawn out periods in the lyrics as well, although I think I missed a line somewhere, I just can't place it.

    3. I had fun with Ani. Soundwave and Soundblaster. Pay attention to what they're doing when the camera switches back to Rin throughout the song.

I knew you were gonna use dare...I knew this was gonna be the end of the battle, and that the MMS would surrender. I DIDN'T know it would be this GODDAMN AWESOME!!! I mean, the music was perfectly synched, the fighting in itself was downright epic, and Prowl--Oh, my Prowl is SO getting a congratulatory Reprolabels set for the repeated "Headshot" line (though I might need your help ordering the sticker sheet again...)! You never cease to impress me, buddy! :thumb

... That was a well put speech that reminds us of the whole story so far, and what drives her now...

Awesomeness yet also reminder that there's casualties even in most best case scenarios...

    :D

Never underestimate the power of a high-level bard. +4 to every ally in earshot, that's nothing to sneeze at! :D

(And additional bonus granted because it's :rock Dare:rock . My favorite song in TFTM!)

The panels all synch up pretty well, but my favorites were the "interlude" panels (good place for dialogue) and the flashbacks at the end. Flashbacks are always a great way to tie an extended story together.

This will be a good one to use in the presentations for incomic-author-Burnout's next Vocaloid sales trip...

PLEASE tell me you're actually planning to do that. That would be a pinnacle of awesomeness. DO IT.

And while you're at it, feel free to throw in a slightly off-kilter, incredibly laid-back Silverstreak with a major gun fixation and an anger management problem. It's-a-ME (I'm asking for someone to give me a cameo...how low have I sunk...?)!

To be honest, I thought she would sing the Car Robots Intro "Honoo Overdrive". :p  Meh, I was close. Great comic! :D  Can't wait to see what happens next!
