It's interesting to see Unicron attempting to prevent mayhem, although if you think about it, a status-quo situation where the two sides are at constant odds is a good, steady way to stir up chaos...a war might end with a clear victory for one side.

I enjoyed seeing the trains brought in. I like the way they address each other by number. It seems appropriate! I wonder if Astrotrain ever goes down there...

Oh, you think this is over? The Headmaster/Masterson's problems have only just begun! I also thought the character in the show was a total douchebag and deserved more punishment than simply getting thrown in jail (the guy nearly blew up Detroit, made Tutorbot actually worth something more than simply being comic fodder, and destroyed the burger joint. He also was partly responsible for the whole Space Bridge incident, Starscream's head getting seperated from it's body, and Dirt Boss' creation!). Now that I have control over Masterson's fate, I plan to make his life a true living hell...now to go raid my sister's room for torture devices.

Cool! I'm Idolized! I'm glad you liked the latest strip, as outside of the rather simple plot it was me trying out some more advanced effects for swordfights when metal hits metal. Since Innocence Lost will be my greatest work to date, I plan to use brand-new effects I'm practicing through these little one-shot strips. Of course, since they'll serve no more use after I'm done with it, I'm just going to post them on here to be filler of sorts and act as kind of a pre-show (like those short animations in front of every Pixar film I.E. the Snowman Snowglobe short from Finding Nemo)

I'll also add that Tigris is a big part of my upcoming epic, as my experimental sig pic link shows (although the pic used down there was originaly intended for my short-lived "Eye of the Tigris" banner way back when the comic last focused in on the events Sideway's secret Canada fortress when Tigris is introduced).

Well, Unicron's kinda been the only God TF I've got (My Big Christmas present from 2003 baby!), so he's been stuck in a situation like DilaZirk's Primus was in that he was to maintain the balance between good and bad, and that means he can't do really evil crap until I DO get a Primus (which has a small chance of happening within the next 3 years due to budget and parents). As a result, my Unicron actually tends to like being a peace maker. However, what he predicts The Fallen will do will simply tear the toys into seperate warring sides where everybody's gonna die, and as patron-God of The Collection he must do everything in his power to stop it.

As for my Riverside Railroad story, I thought you'd get a kick out of my other main hobby getting a mass-introduction. I've always planned to get at least my first engine; CNW F3 #4056 as a character in my comics when I started getting more story-driven plots, and originaly she was going to have a simple name, but then I realized that would make it seem too much like I'd introduced Thomas the Tank Engine characters (Thomas-like trains with simple names + Robots with too many guns and female Androids made to look like perfect teenagers = BAD combination!), so I just decided to use their numbers, as I've done for them all ever since I got 4056. Except for my 2-6-2 and the 2-8-0 TYCO that's currently out of service, those two are destined to become Riverside RR #12"Prairie" and #13 "Sierra", respectively.

I never really intended to use screencaps of Masterson at the controls, but his mini-intro was to short for my liking after I'd uploaded the pictures, so I threw in the pic of him simply to have him rant, etc. and lengthen the strip a bit. When I'd uploaded the thing to this thread, though, I realized that I did not have any possible way to portray Masterson properly outside the Headmaster 2.0, so I figured I'd use a screencap again, this time him being frustrated. I'd planned to use a screencap from "Transwarped" when he's responding to Prime calling him a N00B for not fighting like a jet, but "Transwarped" isn't in the TFW screencap collection, and so I was forced to use a screencap from the first Headmaster ep (although I think it turned out well enough).
