I love Silverstreak's story of how the Autobot symbol came about, how he managed to dissuade Sunstreaker from killing Mirage, and how he in turn told Mirage off. The very last frame really nailed how Silverstreak must be feeling about the whole situation.
Looking forward to more! |

I think Sunstreaker backed down simply because after that, even if he had shot Streak, he's know that Streak would come off as looking like more of a badass than him. And Sunstreaker can't have that.
As for Mirage:
Mirage's Guide to Social interactions:
1. You are better than everyone else. People might sometimes forget this, so it is your duty as a gentleman to remind them. If they continue to protest after you've enlightened them, then they are simply suffering denial due to jealousy. Pity them, but do not allow them to rouse you to anger.
2. A gentleman never lies. This is especially true when it comes to admitting your own fault in a situation. Since you are never wrong, admitting fault would be a falsehood, and a gentleman does not lie. Therefore you must never accept fault, no matter how much it might 'smooth things over'
3. Although others cannot hope to match your breeding and background, they CAN aspire to improve themselves, they merely need to know what to improve. As a gentleman, it is your duty to assist the lower classes in bettering themselves by pointing out their flaws and errors, so they may correct them.
4. No matter the outcome of a situation, each encounter, each conflict you are in, is a victory for you. Be sure your opponent knows this.
5. A gentleman never shows fear, remorse, or hesitation, for these are the plagues of lesser beings who are fallible. Such reactions are illogical for you, as your course of action is invariably the correct one, you simply need to push on and see it through. Stiff upper lip old chap! |

I LOVED the history of the Autobot symbol you came up with .
That was a long speech, but you handled it well with all the different cuts. You actually had me thinking maybe, just maybe, Mirage was starting to get it durin the speeh, and then he demonstrated it all went over his head. Great stuff.
And all those little fx--the lens flare from Streak's backup, Sunny removing and adding a clip to Streak's gun--just wonderful.
Well worth the wait! |

REALLY turning it into something. Which, while is what you've done with about every character you've brought out so far, worked perfectly here. Awesome dialogue as always. And terrific storytelling. AGAIN!
Oh, and I love the photowork with 'Streak's gun and loading the clip. Little things like that can look great. That, and I love the whole concept of loading a weapon that you have to slide apart to some degree, then clack back together. Dunno why, but there it is. |
