Thanks for the kind words in your intro.

Nice job on the comic. You've set up a mystery I'm interested in delving into. And as far as effects go, I think you've come up with some creative ones. If your experience is anything like mine, practice=improvement. Keep up the good work!

Thank you all for your replies

Just as a little update, I finished the principle photography for the first panels last night and it turned out pretty good. Don't get me wrong, it's still very low tech, but I think it conveys the mood pretty well.

And a few snippets to hopefuly pique some interst (but doesn't give away any major plot points):

-The storyline is set in an alternative G1 timeline, in between Season 2 and the Cartoon Movie.

-Optimus Prime and Megatron are dead, and will not be seen in the story, but will be mentioned in dialogue. Most of all of the old school Characters are also dead. No Starscream, no Prowl, no Soundwave, etc...but there are a few survivors.

-The new Decepticons are in total control of Cybertron. The Autobots are nearly extinct.

-Characters from several different toylines will be used, but a lot of them will have new names and are completely new characters.

If all goes as planned, I'll have an update this week! Thanks again for all the replies to my teaser!

While I am certainly looking forward to seeing what you have planned, I have one question. I thought that Starscream was immortal and could not have his spark extinguished, is this true for yours, or is your Starscream a different version of the character?

he could always bring starscream's ghost in at some later point, he always takes a while to appear
I dodged a bullet, but then i fell onto a landmine.

Thats a good question and a very valid point. It's still the same Starscream, and his spark is still immortal. I just don't have any plans for him to be a major part of the story
