I just wanted to show that the Seekers are pretty badass in their own right. Quote:

I loved Evac's comic-book self-narrated attack, even if it didn't go altogether well. | I especially loved the incongruity of a HELICOPTER attacking a JET ranting about ROAD RAGE. Mixing metaphors THAT hard almost DEMANDS some sort of karmic comeback. Quote:

Whoever developed those original specs put a lot of thought and time into them. I thought it'd be cool to use some of those powers and weaknesses. Quote:

I wasn't exactly sure how I was going to down him, until I remembered Skywarp hasn't gotten to do much cool stuff since Hot Rod downed him way way back at the beginning of the comic. Quote:

But you're right, things are pretty grim. This charge cost them hugely, and they haven't really significantly hurt the House Decepticons yet. |

you are awesome...
so i actually have an FX question for you, if that's alright? i LOVE the effect you had on .... crap.. what's her name? not Mur, but the other one that Strarf and Arnval were attempting to save... well anyway the feathering energy effect you had on her wings was super cool.
that and the effect of headlights in the tunnels...
and your Lazors....
so....
tips?
great stuff, and i am looking forward to seeing how these things turn out!!!

-A.S. | Well, a lot of it isn't as impressive as it seems.
The headlight effect? It's a filter in GIMP called 'Supernova'. I just created a separate screened layer for each individual headlight and sized the effect as needed.
The lazors I think just about any glow tutorial will teach you how to do. I can post a tutorial on it if people REALLY want, but my method is a lot more manual work than most.
And lastly, Eukrante's HiMAT effect wasn't too hard. Basically it works because she's clipped out (Necessary to make her 'fly') and so I can put things behind her. So I just made a screen layer behind her filled with black. Then I made an outline of her wings, and filled that with white. Then I picked a point, and did a zoom blur, blurring the white outline outwards (Some trial and error was required about where to put the point. In most cases it was somewhere above her head). Then I just altered the color balance on the screen layer to make it green.
That's all. I can post a tutorial on it if people really want. |

I was surprised to see the Movie Decepticons helping out Landmine. I thought that all the Decepticons in the crate had retreated along with Megatron and Starscream.
Aren't Stockade, Dropkick and Wreckage cool? I find them awesome, and very glad that I have them in my collection. |
