Nice comic you got there. I really like the effects you used on the lettering on the first page, it feels very epic. Some of the gunfight effects are also impressive as well as unique. I'd agree with Dila on the current filter your using. It's not quite stylized enough, so it kinda looks like a poorly taken photo. (If you like the current filter don't worry about it, it doesn't take to much away from the comic.)

Now on to the real reason I posted. The arrows for your speech bubbles aren't gonna cut it. Here's how I make the arrows for my speech bubbles.:
This is for adobe photoshop. You should be able to do similar things with Gimp which can be downloaded for free.

Step 1:
Make a regular bubble, don't apply a stroke or any effects yet.

Step2:
After you make the initial box, take the pen tool and draw a triangle inside the box that points to whoever is speaking. This should make a new layer.

Step 3:
Select only the layers of the arrow and the speech box.(Hold control to select multiple layers) Right click on either layer. Select the option to merge layers.

Step 4:
They should be one layer now. Feel free to add stroke or any blending effects.

Step: 5:
???

Step 6:
Profit$$$

 

Oooh, wonder who fired those shots...

I'm sure with what you intend to do with this comic, you'll get much better at it along the way.  

And I agree with shredder on the speech bubbles. An epic comic demands that everything be proper I'm afraid.  

 

I really like the second panel in part 10.

 

Wow, the Gundams now are in the scene! More Pun-3X type action! 

 

Coolness!  

Especially how that Neoshifter flies off.

I'm also digging the new speech bubbles, it's unique.

Great start so far. the panels are looking better and better. awesome other toys and the plot has intrigue..recipe for success in my book.
