First one: I was kind of excited to put my first comic together and post it on here as quickly as possible, so it might be a bit rough (especially the bluriness of the first panel). Any feedback is appreciated. If you hated it, tell me. Don't pull your punches, because you won't hurt my feelings. Enjoy! EDIT #3: Ok for whatever reason I can't seem to show the direct image, either because I don't what I'm doing (probably) or I can't do it with the site I'm using. Any suggestions?? Edit #4: FINALLY.
Ok obviously size is the first issue....what size does everybody else use? It looked fine in Paint and in my picture viewer...
Laser hotdogs and child abuse! 640x480 is perfect. But apparently you've linked the thumbnails here instead. I think it's fine to go ahead a directly show the full-sized ones.
Ok bear with me while I remember how to do this!! It's been 2 years since I've really done much on a forum. Will edit the pictures one more time... How do I show the direct image and not the thumbnail? Can't figure it out for the life of me. I'm bad at this.
Don't worry about it, try this: without the inverted commas. Results should look like this: Hmm, Putfile doesn't seem to have that convenient HTML
I briefly saw the thumbnails turn into URL links, perhaps that was the URL to the site and not the URL to the picture itself? In the case of the first panel (again without the inverted commas)... This (Location of the image) As opposed to this (Location of website that has the image) I think for the convenience of posting up comic strips in fullsize, you might want to consider switching to Photobucket after all... There's a code that will allow you to directly post the image in its full size.
Oh I'm definitely going to be switching to something else, considering how much more work it is for me to show the actual picture instead of the thumbnail.
Do not think I acted out of compassion, it was motivated by my selfish and insatiable desire for a good laugh. And your comics certainly provide that.
Pretty awesome man! I love the way you had Prowl come on at the end, and his take on the rights. That's gold! I can vouch for Photobucket as a host, that is what I use for my comics. I usually use images of 640 * 480 as well for my panels, but that is more of a thing for you to experiment with and decide what works for you.
Ok here's a few more. As usual the first pic is blurry, but I could not get it to come out no matter how many times I tried.
Oh wow, I just noticed that even though the last two shots were taken separately, they actually match up perfectly, so it looks like one photo. Totally did that on accident.
