I doubt many folks still read or even remember this strip but its time to take it out of retirement, if only for a short holiday miniseries!

I've decided to do my unboxing as a 2-3 part photocomic. Enjoy or wonder WTF is wrong with me. Its the holidays though and I need a creative output. Hopefully some of yall will enjoy:

A Toyniverse/Let's Experience Atari Computer Holiday Comic Extravasucksa Part 1!
Its the holidays. Holidays suck for me. I did a Secret Santa thing on a very nice site full of lovely crazy people. Here is my ridiculous unboxing comic that also ties into my long running Toyniverse Plot comic strip I have on a different site. (This one.) You don't actually need to have read my Toyniverse Plot comics to "enjoy" this.

Its also sort of connected to a project I have on my blog called (Let's Experience the Atari 8 Bit Computers) but that won't show up till part 2.

A comic book length story for a Secret Santa gift unboxing? Why not? Well besides the fact its a very :starity: thing to do anyhow?

    Part 2 of my comic!

This one is 95% informative as opposed to comic book silly toy fun. Its more a part of the Let's Experience Atari bit than it is Toyniverse. If you wanted to see toys behaving badly wait till part 3.

My epic story continues. Nothing really unboxy in this installment but its important to the tale. Kind of. And from IRC comments everyone is fond of Megatron and there is LOTS of Megatron this time!

The comic is taking on a life of its own. But I feel the need to let the story flow naturally as opposed to just speeding along with it. There is another present to show, and this tale will take as long as it needs to. It will probably just move over to the Atari 8 bit stuff eventually as I have plans. But this specific story will go as it needs to. Secret Santa gifts cause great upheavals and stuff or something. It must be chronicled. :v:

Is that a Battletech Aerospace map/s I see there?

:lol  "You're starting to give me a headache" Though who or what is this 'friend' of Unicrons to be dealing with him on equal level like that? ^^

I just started reading this comic. Why'd you use the 3 Nexus Prime parts for the Combaticons?

    Answering the questions:

Nexus Prime parts: Well, I never bought the Combaticon set. I did already have 3 parts of NP from my 1 year in the Club. Around the same time a mall toy store had the final limb for 15. More time passed and I saw various Youtube reviews of the Swindle and Blast Off figures and fell in love with it. A quick run to Ebay and the main body was mine for a very fair price.

Aerotech: While I have played BT in the past the map is made of felt and is from an online company called Hotz Mats. They make to order felt gaming mats with all sorts of size, hex, square, color, and other sort of options. Takes a good 2 months to get your order though. Totally worth it. I primarily bought it for Federation Commander and Silent Death though. Works well for a space backdrop (and the hexes for the TFTM homage) and maybe even for just photography for light colored items.

Glad new folks are enjoying it. I can't say it will go on for months and months like the original strip did (with the odd update every so many months), but I have a bit of a story to work through.

Oh, and for this Secret Santa thing? This is what I sent out:

My storyline has gotten large and out of control. It continues. Imma try to finish this specific storyline in 1 more installment but it might take 2 depending on how large it gets.

The one thing with doing these is I keep finding things in my house that need cleaning. My camera has better vision than I do. After this installment I got out the Magic Erasers and went to town. I've even gone out and bought more. So if nothing else doing comics helps me find dirty things in my house that annoy me to the point I just HAVE to clean it.

Here is a thing I did today: [IMG]

I may do a review of the 2 figures above as a comic if I can get off my keister and show some energy for things not called Baldur's Gate. And I will continue/conclude the current storyline. Again, enthusiasm.

But what was in the mail? Why a Starrior! :allears:

So what better time than to do some photocomics when I have awesome scenery?

Aaah giant monsters terrorizing around for such esteemed reasons :lol

Holy crap! Aren't those also part of the multi-mac line or at least sharin' components with it? o_O  First time I've seen those in a comic.

Rather neat you take some risks to take winter outdoor shots though it is worth it ^^ Love that cobra thing there and oh man, the yeti :lol

Acid Police on Something Awful quickly sent me some I games I got off of said popo of Acidness faster than Chitika Fastpaws.

I haven't had a comic really appropriate for my series here in quite a while but this one mostly fits here. Kinda.

I decided to have some stupid fun with it. Hope yall enjoy.

Whoah, Ultima 4 for Famicom? Serious. :D

Aaah, I remember Gargoyle's Quest, played it some... then ended up havin' my Game Boy and the games stolen in school. Yeah, no bringin' stuff like that there and not expect some jerkass to steal'em when you're not lookin'.

People just continue to be people wherever one goes I guess. :(

I am looking into picking up the Famicom version of Ultima 3 if I can get it cheap.

My eventual goal is to own all the Ultimas in a boxed and manual format. Buying a lot less TFs outside of Classics type figures helps a bit here.
