Actually the 11th Doctor being in it was a stroke of luck. Saw the crash set at the local comic store after passing on the G1 colored Legends Devastator. Spent 10 minutes trying to decide between the crash set and the 11th Doctor Sonic Screwdriver.
Never count the Daleks out, for previous Dalek appearances see the earlier pages of this thread, if I remember right they have 3 prior appearances. One on page 5, 2 on page 9. Can't have Silverbolt introduce himself with out his fanfare.
Early Saturday Night Live reference. Several skits about a family with elongated heads called Coneheads. When asked where they come from or about their unusual behaviors they simply explain they come from France. Gotta show some love to Talkie Toaster, that reminds me I got a pop tart waiting for me.
The TFwiki.net one. It and the Wikia one used to be one and the same, but then the professional version moved on to TFwiki.net. The one at the Wikia address is now full of fanon and false reports.
