Man this is criminally underrated. The quality of posing, use of facial plates, and backgrounds? Superb! I can hear the theme music in my head with every transition. That outdoor diorama is nothing short of phenomenal. A work of art. And breaking it down for us? Genius! I hope you never lose the joy of play, because it's tangible in each photo.
He doesn't let anyone make a monkey out of him. He'd probably regret it more if he actually tasted like banana. Thank you. I only started making dioramas to enhance the visuals in my comics recently. Some comic shorts will use more dioramas and full-blown comics will still use my living room for the backgrounds. I'm also glad that the play factor comes out in the photos. I do have a lot of fun making the comics.

Not everyday you get a Sailor Scout crashlanding in a GI Joe SHARC near the Chistmas Tree, the presents and the costumed mannequin cutie, saving and having her join your merry team of Autobots and blasting off to her homeworld to save the day from the bad guys. Makes a guy wonder if the fiends besieging Neptune's home are local or not from 'round here (Hint: their leader transforms into an oversized Walther P38)...

So the Sailor Scouts were just playing nice just to get their gloved mitts on the Disc of Delta Rho, yet another Transformer artifact, from the local neutral Generation 2 Transformers' cold offline servoes - all in the name of "I like pretty things". (Seeing these bots in action both in the commercials and the comic books, I wonder if Powerdive and Windbreaker were lying about the whole "we're not designed for fighting" thing...) And here I was, thinking that golden Masterpiece Optimus Prime statue was built by the Sailors as a welcome gift and especially in Big Mack's honor... [Cue Inevitable Anime-Style Battle Music]
