I have to admit, I really like the way he looks. I'll get him when I see him!

 

Could anyone fill me up how its plastic quality? Somehow he looks cheap, i want to give it a chance.

 

The plastic quality is the same standard as any Deluxe figure, really.

 

Does it has better plastic with FOC seekers? i think FOC seekers is great compare to some recent deluxe.

 

The plastic feels good and sturdy. No cheap feeling to it and no brittleness.

 

Never have ties to a particular color scheme for this guy and I love orange, so this was a must buy for me. Still a really fun mold.

 

He looks great, I love his orange, but man the head sculpt is not done any favors by this paint job. the paint just sort of stops halfway up and leaves the area around his eyes blank. I do not like it.

 

My order from HTS came in today. Had a slight QC issue with the gray peg that the cannons into the spine had flash molding that I needed to shave down to get it to peg in.

The paint on the head could be better, both in general and on mine specifically, but otherwise he's great. Love the new mold pieces, he feels different from Starscream and is a solid representation of Jhiaxus.

I love the the new chest piece and cockpit in particular, great sculpting and that extra mile was well worth it.

 

Anyone else having issues trying to get Jhiaxus's arms pegged into his wings in jet mode while keeping everything aligned and parallel with the tail fins?

 

Yes! They almost have to be bent at an angle.

 

Do they? Doesn't seem like it to me. Maybe I'm doin' it wrong.







I got Jhiaxus as part of the wave with Windblade and company. Normally I'm no fan of orange color schemes, but somehow this one works. I think it looks better than yellow and white, anyway. I have come to like the Armada Starscream mold quite a lot, despite it's nagging lack of vertical tail stabilizers.






I like to pose Jhiaxus hunched over in robot mode. The guns are also quite awesome, although I kinda wish that he also came with swords too. And a lab. And some test subjects. Wow, I guess there's no pleasing some fans.

Jihaxus is a cool fig, and definitely a must-buy, since he's the only 'Con we're gonna get until the Stunticons and Leader Megatron come out next year.

I picked up this guy and Windblade last weekend and love the crap out of both of them! Either between these guys or Crosscut and Nightbeat, I made the better choice.

 

I picked this guy up and I'm liking his orange color much better than his real colors. This is a worthy reuse of Starscream... Now give us Armada blue Starscream/Thundercracker!

am i the only one who likes positioning jhiaxus's wings like starscreams rather than them pointing down, in robot mode?

 

I tried when I first got him, but didn't think they could rotate that way?
