    Bombshell and Kickback were available via Micro Changers, while this is the first Shrapnel ever. After the Season One Autobots and Decepticons added up to 26/30 I guess they decided Ultra Magnus and a more Cartoon Arcee and a more toy Perceptor would be more desirable. In Ultra Magnus' case, I'd say they were right. Bombshell wouldn't have worked well anyway, his horn needs to be brick-built an none of the Kreons in the set contain anything brick-built.

    I wish they had gone with Elita-1 over Arcee though.
