Not to sound like a jerk but maybe you should use a tripod next time, and double check your pictures before you post them...

I just got mine today. I had forgotten that the wheels on his arms are held on by screws. Those will be the first thing to go...

Then don't. He clearly stated it was bad camera. At least he went to the trouble of posting this and trying to help others.

Can't say that much for you.

It's a shame that he couldn't get his own mold but whatcha gonna do? If I can somehow pick him up sometime down the road I will, but sadly I'm bogged down with lots of other stuff on preorder right now.

"Don't mean to be rude, but I will be anyway".

He did his best, in order to help out others. There's no problem in that. The Feedback forum is really for feedback mostly, the pics are just icing on the cake. If this was supposed to be a gallery or something then you'd be a bit more justified.

I agree, his heart is in the right place and he's helping out by sharing thoughts on the figure. I cannot fault that at all. The exchange of ideas and reviews of the toy are what really matters, like Gaga says, pics are icing, a bonus.

Anyone else having trouble getting the blades to stay on?
    Particularly on the sawblade arm?

I kind of do on mine, but they'll stay as lnog as you don't move him around too much.

But I lobe this figure! Always liked the Sideways mold and I think it decently fits Mirage/Dino. I keep the shoulder panels up to mimic the door wings the design has, while keeping down the wings that Sideways has. I also may remove the wheels and saw blade as long as it looks fine without them.

My only complaint is one I had with Sideways, the small feet. Its really cool what a few new molded parts (head, blades) and paint scheme can do to make you feel like you haven't messed with a mold before. Plus, aside from Brains, I finally have a complete movie trilogy collection of Autobot characters that got toys.

Have you tried some Future Floor Polish?

I'm going to see if Mech Tech weapons will be able to go in the holes. I may drill them a little bigger if need be...

It'd be awesome if a 3rd party company came out with some new parts for him, including bigger, more accurate feet...

Mech tech definitely wouldn't be a bad thing to go with!

And I would really like that. I just wonder if any add-on would be able to fit in vehicle mode.

I think there would be plenty of room for wider feet, but I'm not sure. I plan to make some of my own in the meantime...

I just took the wheels out of his hands. The holes were too small for Mech Tech ports, so I hand drilled them some, but now they're too big :D  I'm going to put in some super glue and let it dry to try tightening up the holes. If that doesn't work I'll try some Apoxie Sculpt later...

I think there would be too but who knows. And are the holes really noticeable in robot mode? I wouldn't mind taking those parts out but random holes in the arms would look odd.

I wouldn't say they're any more or less noticeable than the Mech Tech ports on DotM toys. However, eventually I think I'll make some plug in pieces that look like the three spikes on the back of the CGI model's hands...
The nice thing is, since they're just screwed in, it's ready to take them out and put them in, so you can try it out and see what you think...

True lol I feel kinda sill now haha.

But I would love for this figure to be my first major modding job to maybe get a slightly more screen accurate figure. Well, as screen accurate as it can get without completely disassembling it.

Is it true Dino has trouble standing? I had Sideways before & didn't notice too many issues...

I had movie Sideways once, an i really didnt have any issues with him standing or poses, but i do agree that this mold is an insult to Dino and Dino should have the Ferrari mold.

At first I had my doubts of this figure because the mold is quite different in certain ways to what Dino should be (broad chest, wings on arms, digitigrade and thin legs, etc.)

Still I bought it because its the only deluxe Dino we have for now, and I'm glad I did because the mold is at least flexible enough to allow to arrange its panels in a way that kind of resembles Dino and differentiates it enough from Sideways (helped by the beautiful red plastic).

    Here's my review:

He pretty much sucks, but I need a Dino so I'll take what I can get.
