Just like Lugnut, ROTF Lockdown has been retroactively G1-ified (or IDW to be more exact). And what a fantastic figure it is.
It looks like the panels on his hands can be unscrewed, I wonder if it would look better without those panels... Someone can do that and post a pic ? As Cosbydaf said : "I want to like it, but I'm on the fence."
Honestly, it looks like the panel itself is the part that contains the elbow hinge. If you unscrew the panel I think you'd just be removing the silver forearm, not the panel itself.
yeah that head is the best part. if i could find a way to attach it to rotf lockdown woukd it be an okay size?
Wait a minute!!!! so the hips just ONLY swing forwards and back wards? They can't move out to the side for wide stances? This Transformer has limited articulation in the hips????????? Please post pics with wider stances if that is possible.... Also can you post a few different pics of the car mode with the gun on it? Thanks for this review!!!!
^ I think you're right Peaugh, I was rewatching the video review and noticed the same thing as the reviewer was turning the figure. But I think there is an opportunity here for a 3rd party to develop an easy upgrade. If I had the skills and equipment this is what I would create: Alright 3rd party people; make something!!!!
Man, he looks kinda.. brown. Guess he shares a trait with ROTF Lockdown after all. Maybe it's gunmetal and isn't showing well on camera?
The thing i really hate is the gray on gray....theres a reason the dinobots have color, so why not here?
Peaugh is right but it looks possible to mod it so it swings away from the door panels Like this? Noticed that the car bots have pinned hips an unable to swing them at an angle like DOTM Roadbuster Here you go

This right here. Not to mention cheaper and better looking than MP figs. (by that I mean the car. I love the Aventador a lot more than the Countach.) I get giddy when I see the car mode.
