I haven't seen a thread for these guys, just the Dinobots themselves, but I picked them up and throught they were worth going into detail! I personally love them!

First up is our courageous leader, Optimus Prime!

He comes equipped with a gun. I was sort of hoping for a sword though, considering the gimmick. Still he has a really cute sculpt and definitely looks the bulkiest of the four.

All the Dinobot Riders follow the exact same transformation scheme, just with different pieces. Optimus pulls of the truck successfully, although I think its the weakest of the alt-modes. The Autobot Symbol really adds to the cuteness! All Dinobot Riders require you to move and relocate their faction symbols during transformation. Unfortunately, on the package and instructions Prime's smokestacks appear painted grey, but it doesn't look like that made it to the final figure.

Optimus Prime's Dinobot partner is Grimlock! WE NEED A NEW ARMY! A big flaw is that the hands of the Riders are too small to hold previous Construct-bot accessories. I was really hoping he could hold the first Optimus' Energon Sword. Too bad.

Next up is Bumblebee! The packaging really puts emphasis on the details on his chest that really don't come through on the actual toy, but regardless he looks pretty good!

His alt-mode of course is an approximation of a Camaro. He actually transforms backwards compared to the others, with his feet at the front.

Bumblebee's Dinobot partner is Strafe! They look pretty adorable together, flying high into action!

Rounding off the Autobots is Drift! He's the only one that comes with a sword. I really love his colour scheme! The detail on his face is pretty great for such a teeny tiny figure! The package shows his headlights and sword painted. Unfortunately it didn't come that way...

His alt-mode continues the nice color scheme, but for some reason the wheels really do not want to stay flat. I find all the vehicles super endearing though in a bizarre way.

Drift's Dinobot partner is Slug! While Slug is the weakest looking of the Dinobots, Drift still looks pretty great on him. I wonder if this combination will be in the movie?

Finally is my absolute favourite, Lockdown! Seriously, can you get any cuter! Look at that adorably sinister expression! Look at his little scar! D'Aaaaaaaaaw!!

Lockdown's alt-mode is very similar Drift's, although has much more success keeping his wheels flat.

Lockdown has no Dinobot partner! But he CAN have a gun-face! Watch out, Optimus!

So, these guys cost $6 for you in the USA but for us RRP is $12 (ugh). Are they worth the money? I'd say for $6, a big YES! These guys are totally cute and awesomely fun. I haven't been a fan of Construct-bots, but the Dinobots and Dinobot Riders are so endearing that I really don't regret the purchase. And for only $54 you can have a full set of Dinobots and Riders! Not bad!

I consider these guys to be the replacement for Legion Class in AOE and in that case I think they're all wroth picking up. The prices of the Dinobots are the comparable to Commanders and I think they're worth it if you love small Transformers. I really want a Galvatron and Stinger!

Haven't seen a thread about it, but I got the Prime/Gnaw set yesterday and I think it's the coolest Construct-Bots set released so far.

Oh, man! That's unfortunate! Not sure how the heck I managed to miss all of these... Well, I hope somebody hasn't done Drift yet or this'd be a complete waste of time! Sorry to the people that made the first threads!

Maybe just add your pictures to the other threads? And pretty sure you're first for Drift, so save this one for him and just ask for the thread to be renamed.

Picked up Drift and Lockdown today just for the heck of it. They're neat and all, if a bit pricey for the size ($9.99 at Walmart). The clip on Drift's Autobot badge broke when I took it off to transform him, I guess you need to be careful with those. I'm just going to leave Lockdown's badge on the car roof. Lockdown's definitely my favorite, mainly due to the color combo and the fact that it's Lockdown (and he's got a face instead of his visor).

I was tempted by all of these but only grabbed Optimus to sample them. He's great, and totally cute. Two problems on mine - one shoulder joint is so tight that any movement causes it to pop off. The socket doesn't look like there is any extra plastic inside so i'm wondering if the rubber coating over the ball joint is too thick.

Also, the autobot symbol c clip broke on mine when I was removing it for alt mode. :/

Regardless, I really like these little riders and will probably get some more, and perhaps some of the dinos for them to ride. Are they really 9.99 for the riders at some places? The Target where I bought mine is charging 5.99 for the riders and 9.99 for the dinos.

My only complaint with these guys is the price.
They need to come down 2 or 3 bucks.

As long as you keep in mind these are chibi-like representations of the characters, they work just fine. I only picked up Optimus but I think I get the gist of it. I don't hate them by any means, but I'll stick with the Legends/Cyberverse stuff.

Picked up Drift and Lockdown from target for $6 a piece. Almost grabbed Hound too but I didn't want to end up with too many of these. If they do a Galvatron that will change.
They're really cute, simple and look pretty decent. For $6 I'm happy.

Would someone please post a comparison pic of one of these little guys right next to his Deluxe-size non-Construct-Bots counterpart? I'm curious about the size difference...

Which kit and figure were you interested in Greboguru?
If it is Lockdown, I have the deluxe, oversized deluxe, mini Construct Bot, and full sized.
