Hey guys this is my first review but I noticed there were no pictorials for this figure and someone requested it so here goes.

    First off the robot mode.

Head Sculpt. I really like it

    Shot of the legs.

This guy looks really good in person and it seems like they are stepping it up again in the plastic quality department. It's still kind of small but It does the job.

His accessories are an Energon axe and a homage to the Optimus Prime blaster.

Here is a couple of shots with him holding his accessories.

Now here is the vehicle mode

The panels in this one fit more flush but apparently I didn't push them together enough. Sorry

A shot of the bottom of the vehicle mode.

He can store both his accessories on either side.

    Some quick size comparisons

    Robot mode.

And a vehicle mode size comparison.

yes the vehicle mode is very small.

So my thoughts on this guy is that he is a very well Engineered figure with a fun transformation probably the best out of the 4. He is kind of small but we should be used to it by now. The vehicle mode is nice too a very good homage to the long nosed version of Optimus Prime's vehicle mode. His accessories are a perfect fit for him also. The axe gives me a War for Cybertron feel so that's cool. I would definitely recommend picking him up

He doesn't look too bad. I want Megatron and Trailcutter first, but I might grab him and 'bee in the future.

The figure looks good, but that size difference pisses me off. I really wish Hasbro wouldn't have effed with the scale of the Generations/Classics line. Continuity dang it!

Granted, Kup is one of the taller deluxes of the line.

Thank you for these amazing pics. Great work.

If by any chance you have a voyager classics Prime are you able to post a pic of that toy holding Orion's gun?

Yes I can do that. Seems a bit small for him it would be AWESOME if it was a tad bigger.

Holy god, that size, what the fu...?

The figure looks pretty good, but there's no way I can get over that size if he really is as small as I'm imagining him with FOC Prime in-hand, especially since Megatron's bomber mode is so immense.

^Based on the comparison with Kup, he's about the size of the BW deluxe Cheetor mold, if you pulled the forelimb kibble off. So...yeah, small.

Kup is a big deluxe so it was an unfair size comparison. Putting Orion next to a toy such as RTS Perceptor wouldn't make the toy look so tiny.

I like the way it turned out!

Thank you! Pity it's a wee bit small. Still kinda nice.

    Thanks again, much appreciated.

People need to stop using the Classics Sunstreaker, Prowl, Drift, or Kup molds for size comparison. And certainly not anything Lockdown related.

It creates a skewed impression because they're significantly taller than anything else out there.

Drift especially is an anomaly because he's huge in both modes, with quite a bit of plastic heft to him as well.

Give him a matrix, that'll fix everyone's problem with his height.

Can't wait to get my hands on Orion, nice review.

And use what exactly? The outdated and chunky 2006 seeker mould? RTS Perceptor/Tracks? FOC Prime, which is tiny?

Didn't realize that Pax was so short indeed...if possible, do a comparison shot with FOC Prime in robot mode.

This doesn't bode well for Megatron...doubt he'll be much bigger.

Pretty neat figure, but I just don't need him in our collection. Just getting Trailbreaker out of this wave.
