Yay, resurrecting a thread...joy. But I finally got him two months ago with the SXS add on set and I really like it. I basically put him in a pose and put on the shelf without transforming him like I usually do with my Transformers. And also inspecting the old head I've noticed some tiny holes in the back of his head two are identical, but one of the left side on the top of his head like it hasn't intentional. Does anybody have this of theirs?

Agreed that this toy is underrated. Maybe it's because I don't own Springer but I find Blitzwing to be a very fun toy in all 3 modes. Everything locks together, the rubber isn't a big deal and I easily solved the shoulder issue without modifications.

Can't say I care for the face-swapping gimmick however. It's a Generations toy, the nod to Animated is unesscessary IMO.

You know, I felt the same way until the last time I was fiddling with him. I switched it to the "icy" face, and I actually found that it worked better for me than the "standard" face, which always seemed to be a little off, proportionally.

He'll never rock the crazy face, though, that's just a bit too much. :lol

Well I like the icy face as well, but it just doesn't work for Classics.

Still, I would like to display it with the icy face. Or I could just get Animated Blitzwing.

Here's the picture of what I'm talking about, I don't think that's normal. It's like Blitz got shot in the head by a sniper.

That definitely looks like a bit of damage that shouldn't be there!

So what logic dictates is that this got to be quality control. Man, that sucks..ah well at least I got the SXS add on set.

For the floppy leg issues that BW has, will furniture polish work? Just didnt know if anyone has tried that?

What was loose on mine was the forward/backward movement of the hips. So I used a paint brush to put some future around the gray pieces that come together to form that joint. It's pretty tight, so I just put some all around it and then moved the leg back and forth and hoped it got in there some.

Then I waited two days and it was super tight. :)
