Not much of a review here per se. Just a comparison with Cyberverse Ironhide. I much prefer Trailcutter in both modes. I feel like his truck mode is the most "Mad Max" of any of the Beast Hunters vehicles, and the robot mode definitely has enough Trailbreaker cues to make him look like more than an Ironhide with spikes.

Nice. I like the Prime face aesthetic. Can you pull the gun parts off?

I like how they managed to get his shoulder and behind-head-mounted weapons on him. Very nice retool.

I found him yesterday and was totally surprised. He is a great remold. The arms on mine are a little floppy but, not a deal breaker.

I got one yesterday too, and I found myself liking him a lot more than I did Ironhide. All the new weapons and the head look cool, and I love that they managed to mould his trademark shield generator in behind his head.

That was an excellent surprise that I did not see until I started to transform it.

It does, yes-- he comes with a rather large pressure-launch missile launcher.

Looking for a few pages... how sad, no Trailcutter feedback? But he's such a nice fig. He’s exceptionally articulated for the Cyberverse line, with ball jointed shoulders, hips and ankles, in addition to hinged shoulders, knees, elbows and ankles. Trailcutter’s hips are also nicely firm, giving him much stability.

Due to the guns molded on his shoulders and short, sharp blades (spoilers) on his forearms, Trailcutter is a tad more playable than Ironhide, despite having somewhat fewer accessories. Whereas Ironhide had 2 miniguns that could be combined (ala the live action movie-verse Ironhide), Trailcutter has a spikey gun with a pressure type fire mechanism.

Overall, Trailcutter’s a good pickup. You should pick him up. He’s good.

While i like his "Prime style" face and his color scheme, he seems to have more quality control issues. Mine was loose and it didn't feel as solid as the Ironhide mold. The molded weapons bother me a bit as well. I don't mind having him in my collection, but he isn't one of my favorites by any means.

Mine's good. In fact, his hips and ankles are even firmer than Ironhide's. Guess it's a matter of luck.

I actually like this better than Ironhide. The Mad Max add-ons work with this mold.
