I have so many gripes with the PRiD Megs mold (plus I already own the original AND Darkness), and yet I am seriously considering this.

I could/should just get the normal Dark Matter Calibur Microns and paint my PRiD (and maybe mod the thumb)... but something about this is so tempting.

    Help.

How would that work? You wouldn't be able to have one Megatron with two silver arms and one with two Prime arms unless they both had one arm that was backward.

I'm pretty sure the parts that surround the clear purple are the same on both sides.

Got it today. He looks ,inch, much better than any of the other Megatrons when displayed with the other Prime Decepticons and I'm very happy with him...

But good GOD the micron's stickers were awful. I'm not new to the AM line and I own all Takara exclusive Prime toys, but these stickers were the most painful of the lot to put on. Every single stickers wraps around a segment! It was painful!

Anyone here have this micron combined to be a sword without stickers applied? I want to see how it looks like since it will just be peel in time.

Sorry, I was not going to use the stickers realized how bland it looked without them. Just a hunk of murky black plastic, really. Megatrons is fine without, though.

Those of you who bought this figure, have the shoulders loosened under the weight of the sword? Also, does the torso come together better than the Prime RID voyager Megatron?

This made me curious. I ended up getting the Dr Wu, Dark Tyrant sword, so it's been posed like this as long as I've had it. All shoulder joints are factory crisp. The foot/ankle joint used fro transformation could be a little more sturdy, but I think that's how its always been as well.

I was always tempted to get this version on Megs, but ultimately, I decided it wasn't prudent to spend any more money on a toy line I was probably eventually going to sell.

I'm not even a fan of the Prime aesthetic, but goddamn that sword kicks ass.

I've always been tempted by this figure, even though I don't love the mold and I no longer maintain a dedicated Prime collection outside of Cyberverse.

The arm-swap was just one of those deliciously batshit plot elements that you don't see coming, and this figure found a really nice way to incorporate that without breaking the bank (or the figure's transformation).
