Huh. Interesting. Also, for anyone not wanting to store it on his butt while in bot mode you can put it in the battery compartment where his head hides in alt mode. This also allows for more waist movement if you're keeping the battery/rifle on the back.
Just an update on my situation. I was able to cover up most of the scratches with alittle silver paint. It actually blends better than the camera shows it. While I don't consider this a ''QC problem'' its defiantly something people need to look out for.
well at least we know we can do better than TT fixing or painting their figures lol mine is @ the post office with the 2 lambors, very worry hope I get mine in perfect conditions

only like two little tiny black dots on the back of the legs where it looks like some silver chipped off and a tiny bit on laserbeaks boosters. but otherwise he's PERFECT-O
So yeah, my Soundwave is pristine. Sadly, my Laserbeak's tailfin was so stuck that upon transforming him to cassette mode the first time, the damn thing snapped off. I'm... absolutely heartbroken. Probably going to pick up a Buzzsaw on the relatively cheap, since it sounds like people are going to pick up that set for Frenzy since Buzzsaw is non-important, oddly peach colored, and everyone will already have a Laserbeak.

i'm sure you can get a replacement for that. there should be enough unpainted head crests returns to get you one

Reading all the posts of paint apps rubbing off is making me so worried that I'm leaving him and LB in bot modes.
well got all 3 mp today both lambor came in perfect condition but SW had scratches on his faceplate and left arm but it was a easy fix with the painters metallic silver markers, is a perfect match just one application and done, this mp are the best figures it suck I didn't got a perfect SW but well, is time for hasbro to bring this mp figures to the state. I fell I paid to much, not complaint it just is time we get this thing here from hasbro and not from overs sea.
Sorry if this is late, but if the wrist color is similar to MP Sideswipe's weapon, I had the same issue with that and my silver sharpie fixed it like it never happened.
