I jut loosened the screw (or take it out partially or completely prise the head a apart and push it down to the next cup position and screw the screw back in - dead easy took like 10 seconds - You don't need to force anything.

If anyone in the UK buys one of these and does not want the box please let me know as I have the figure but could do with the box for it.
