Well since we didnt get a breakdown here in the states and the chances that we'll get a show accurate version are none to NEGATIVE none...I think I'll pass on ol' smokeout here. This mold just does NOT work for smokescreen and given that rather than make a real roadbuster character for next season they are just recoloring bulkhead (so as nto to make a new mold...big shock...i think i'll just hold off.

Yeah at this point, with Beast Hunters around the corner, the only unique Smokescreen mold we're likely to get is one with spikes and armor all over him. It would look even less like the show character...

While its not terrible, its still disappointing that they went the cheapo route and just recolored an existing mold.

I was so excited for a Smokescreen toy after he showed up on the Prime tv series cause its such a great design and so not what I was expecting when he had to pick his own form on the show.

So slick and badass, I do hope they release a legit show accurate version of him cause this is such a let down.

I was not sure to get this figure or not. I like Knock Out's mold, but the pic with the wings got me in. Ordered!

Except we got a Legion spikey Bumblebee, and a normal Legion Smokescreen. Why not the same for deluxe?

Hi guys. Yeah I am kinda disappointed with the figure. I wish Hasbro/Takara have created a brand new mold for him. He is one of the coolest character in the show. Well I got one and am planning to modify him although with the modification, he can no longer transform. I will be posting it real soon!

I bet shape ways will come out with something for this figure , actually I can almost guarantee they will since they came out for something for every other prime toy almost

Yeah, the whole point of the spikes is to tweak an already existing mold to fool the layman. I see no reason smokescreen would be spiky...yet.

The posts that stick out at the back were bugging the hell out of me, so i cut them off. I'm no customizer so it doesn't look the greatest, but i can live with it more than i could before. The posts were the worst part of the figure IMO. Everything else i like.

Yes he should have his own mold and yes Takara should not have used the Knock out mold, but the way i see it, Smokescreen is an Autobot, so naturally he's gonna be put with other Autobot figures in a collection. Takara obviously wanted to differentiate him from Bumblebee(the obvious choice of mold for a Smokescreen repaint/remold). Anyway, that's just what think.

I know it probably won't sell well, but I'm definitely reusing most of my Knockout cutlines to make a new Reprolabels set for this guy. Those factory stickers are just bad.

As soon as this goes up for sale on Reprolabels, I will definitely buy it on site!

Not only is his Micron Devcon, but it looks like he turns into the Project Damocles.

Odd considering that last part sounds like it would better fit CyLASdown than Smokescreen.

Make a reprolabels set to fit RTS Jazz and we'll talk. If it weren't for those 38s I'd do it myself in paint. Then all I need is to smashup the head...

The Knock Out mold was already terrible to begin with and retooling it to look like Smokescreen doesn't make it look any better. I'm not about to waste my money on something that I already know to be a piece of unquality crap.

I think for people who need to import this toy it might not be worth it. if you can pick it up domestically than he isnt all that bad.
The new colours are very nice in person and match him very well. The white is pearly white and the black has metallic flakes in them.
In addition to the new rear and the new head sculpt, Im not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the middle of the chest extends out to give a bit more depth and show accuracy I guess. If Im not mistaken, the chest stays flat on Knock out.

He looks better and feels better in person.
