Some reason in the cartoon he wasn't that big. Maybe dotm gave me the idea he's huge

He looks pretty stubby and the amount of that nasty grey/white plastic looks to be everywhere with little in the way of paint.

Eh, not too crazy about him. His transformation looks way too simple and not really clever, and the blue looks too bright.
The guns look cool, though.

Megatron's freaking huge. And then he's got a gigantic cannon strapped to his arm.

 

Is it strange I like the alt modes more than the bot modes?

Thanks a ton. Goddamn, I think that actually looks really damn good. The front and the rear are going to be the areas that will be most immediately noticeable, and having a filled front and rear sides for his limbs is fantastic. Sure he's hollow looking from the sides, but dynamic posing can really hide that well. BBTS needs to hurry up and get these in stock so I can ship my POL.

 

Besides, cheap or not, the torso hollowness is no stranger to Transformers with this transformation scheme. Starscream's a bit better than most, even.

I picked up recently, my take on your points - joint opinion against opinion. Your review was good.

Starscream, for me, is a return to form for WFC/FOC. Highly recommended.

 

Save for the ultra compact Prime, he's not bigger than wave 1, the wings and big guns are fooling you. Shockwave and Jazz are just as big.

Yes, they can fold back (bot)/up (jet) a bit.

There's no white on that figure, it's light grey.

That looks chinsy cheap even worse than jazz. That color is not very photogenic. Maybe it will look better in one of the eventual myriad of repaints.

It's starscream. I'm sure ill pick one up..but this went from "ooooohhh I can't wait for FOC starscream!!!" To "mehhh....I think I'm gunna scratch my balls instead of hunt for a FOC starscream". Looks so damn cheap.

 

I have no idea what you're talking about, since he looks way more solid than the FoC figures before him, with some nice and chunky panels.
