Onslaught and Brawl for the shelf, Blast-off just because I likes it. Probably pass on the other two though.

I have to say these do like nice. Something about these colours makes me smile. I'll be buying them.

I have the SDCC set, and I'm strongly considering picking this set up, too.

Interesting that this Bruticus is not substantially less colorful than the G2 variation.

Not sure exactly how I feel about the whole unit, but purple Blast Off is pretty. Not a big fan of the bright red Vortex chopper, but I do like the purple & red robot mode.

Huh, looking at these I really think I might end up caving and grabbing a retail Onslaught. Still keeping the G2 pre-order, but I really do like this Onslaught.

Is Onslaught a decent enough figure on his own to be worth buying? Can you remove the Bruticus pieces without modifying the toy permanently?

That's really the only figure I'm not too sure about with the G2 set - yellow Onslaught. Might have to replace him with the retail fig as well.

He's not a great figure; he doesn't really have... shoulders. His upper arms are always pointed down.
