I got him about a week ago. As my most anticipated FOC figure, he certainly doesn't disappoint. The alt mode's cool, transformation is quick and easy, and his bot mode is incredible. His posability is through the roof, and after getting Jazz it's really nice to see that Prime is, indeed, the taller of the two. He is definitely an easy recommendation, unless you prefer a BF sword to a gun and don't have a problem with waiting.

I don't like the way FOC looks. I just like the WFC version a lot better so I'm gonna hold off for the Ultra Magnus version, which looks pretty damn sweet

Is there going to be a Japanese version of this guy - maybe with metallic paint?

At the very least the red glowie red apps they had on the WFC Prime would be nice to break up the colors.

I saw this toy in person today, and holy shit, it is small. No wonder so many people have been complaining about it; I don't really blame them.

This is the only figure out of the first wave I know I'm passing on. I'll keep my United WFC Optimus.

I saw him and Jazz yesterday at NYC TRU, he's indeed look small. On the bright side, he looks better in person. Each side of his shoulder has hole in them, it seems too small for the gun to be clipped into there unless it's something else? I noticed on UMagnus, the blade is attached at the side of his cab not sure if it's on the shoulder or not. The more I look at this mold, the more I see UMagnus especially that shoulder post design. Hopefully, somebody design the rocket launcher for him since there are shoulder holes in them already.
Dear god Hasbro/TTomy: Please make Prime Cyberverse UM w/ his space ship as action figure like WJ/ Star Hammer and I'll promise never to bash you!

This is shaping up to be one of my favorite TF purchases of the year. It's a week later and I'm still messing with this guy all the time! I brought him to work and my manager was messing around with him too, saying that he might fall into figure collecting if today's figures were this cool

Articulation is so undervalued these days. I love the fact that he can move his head around a lot, and waist, wrist, and ankle movement are so important to me! I don't see why they can't do it on more figures. Seems so easy to implement!

I'm mostly a display guy, but if all your figures are just standing there on the shelf, what's the point if they can't do cool poses? And even if you're a person who plays with their figures a lot, if you can't do cool poses then what are you gonna do with them?

So I picked this dude up yesterday and I have to say he is the most fun Ive had with a transformer in a long time. Nice solid design, and possablity isn an understatement.

I whipped this up earlier today, just cause I wanted to do SOMETHING with him.
Optimus Prime: PrimeStep - YouTube

Originally I was going to do something with Jazz,
But hes a mess,. he can barely stand on his own, and his robot form is just plain ugly.
he cant even look up
