TF Prime: Cyberverse Ultra Magnus - Commander Class

I just picked him up today, he's so awesome! is shoulder joints are a little loose though -.-

Try liquid electric tape-- I used that on the shoulder joints for mine, and they work fine now.

I have to... actually agree with split lip. First off though, I don't care about a transformation being fun. I don't hold up my hands and say YAY when I transform something. The only thing I care about in a transformation is the end result in both directions, and Prime's bot mode is the worst of the Cyberverse Commanders so far, IMO. Yeah, he has neck swivel, but beyong that it all goes to Mangus. His arms can do everything Prime's can, but the greatest thing about Magnus is... he can STAND. Sorry, but Prime can only stand in awkward position- he has no heals with a backpack and thats not good.. He also doesn't come close to looking like the show counterpart in bot mode, IMO. Magnus... well, I like just about everything, but I have no idea if he looks like the shows model, but his bot mode is certainly sleaker then the clown footed Prime, ankless Prime.

Megatron's botmode is excellent, but yeah, alt mode is sacrificed.

Snagged an Ultra Magnus this weekend. I'll agree that the shoulder ball joint is a little floppy, and I'm having a hell of a time getting him to hold his hammer in either hand, but have had slightly more success with his right hand. Minor issues aside, I'm happy with it. Then again, I'll never complain about having a new Ultra Magnus to display

Just got him. He's my favorite fig now, yes his shoulders are floppy, but he's awesome. You could mount the hammer as a gun on his wrist or store it on his back. The transformation is too cool! Five Stars *****

What is this truck???

Although none of the TFP designs are real world designs, it looks to me as a mobile artillery gun. Almost like an MLRS but with a cannon in a way, to me at least.

Hey is it me, or is the head-sculpt in the instructions slightly different???

It's funny when the small image first appeared from the catalog, I thought he was like a fire truck. The cannon was a water hose, LOL.

Now that we saw the voyager of him, his vehicle mode is indeed some sort of mobile artillery gun with rocket/missile on the other side. Really cool. The only thing that bugs me a little bit is the front of the truck. Something weird about the front of the truck, too flat, and the one large window as oppose to 2 separated piece like g1 Prime cab or RID UMagnus cab looks strange too me. Maybe it looks better in person, which I hope so.

Also, on the top the Cyberverse vehicle mode, there is peg hole which could indicate he's some sort of trailer truck or even flatbed truck.

Finally, I managed to get my hand on Cyberverse UMagnus after 2 unsuccessful trip to TRU Time Square. I think there are at least 2 of him left.

Got a chance to play with him, he looks so awesome!!!
