I was able to procure a Cyberverse Commander Dreadwing yesterday and had an opportunity to take a couple of pics! First review so please be kind :)

    Alt Mode:

Pretty good representation of Dreadwing's alt mode. Back end is a little kibbly but overall it's a pretty sleek alt mode, especially for this size.

    Underside of the Alt Mode:

This has a bit of the Sky Shadow/Thunderwing syndrome where the arms are plain to see as are the legs. I don't mind it though.

    Bot Mode:

    Alternate Shoulder Pad Orientation:

Very nice representation of Dreadwing. Good headsculpt (the eyes are painted in red). Arms are articulate and the shoulder pads are posable to your liking). Legs are a little limited but nothing I'd complain about. Now mine has a discolored thigh (it's darker than the other). Unfortunately how the figure is packaged prevents you from seeing it.

    Bot Mode with Weapons:

Comes with a gun (which, yes, can be held underhanded) and a sword. Both can be combined together.

Overall this is a great Cyberverse Commander and I'd definitely recommend him for anyone who likes Prime or Cyberverse in general. Thanks for reading!

Wow, looks REALLY articulated; nice for something in this size and a good compromise for seeing the extremities in alt mode.

    Next up Ironhide?

Ironhide is a great little figure. Pretty complex transformation wise. Someone already did a review of him so I don't think I'll be doing a review. Might post some pics and impressions of him in that thread though.

    That jet mode is incredible.

Will end up buying at least three. One as Dreadwing, one to customize as Skyquake and one to customize as... no idea yet, but it's that good of a figure that I'll get an extra just because.

Is there a neck joint? Fantastic looking little figure. Thigh swivels are much appreciated, they could have been used on all the previous commanders imo.

It pretty much goes without saying, but this guy looks amazing in pretty much every possible way. I was quite relieved to find that his gun can be carried in the proper underhand way, too. Is there any part for his other hand to grasp, though?

    Bought on signt.

Also, pretty pathetic when the oversized Legends figure has better weapons than the Voyager....

No there isn't sadly. I don't think the arms can bend that far but I'll try it when I get a chance.

Photos of my attempt to have both hands holding the weapon. It's close but not quite...There is only one peg on that side of the gun so I don't think he has anything to hold on to.

Hi would you mind posting some pix of his botmode scale with Megatron and Bulkhead and OP?

    Thanks

Agreed. This is quickly becoming my new favorite size class. Dreadwing may potentially be the best one yet.

I'd like to see that too, if you have them. :)

God if only head articulation was standard for the commander class I would be all over them (Bulkhead as far as I know is the only commander so far in either DOTM or TFP to have that). As it is, I'm impressed by this figure but will stick to the voyager (and I'll go ahead and mod his powerizer weapon since I don't care if I ruin it trying...)

^ Optimus has it. I think as they start to crack engineering at this scale and detail we'll see more heads. It also may be budgetary. Most of these heads COULD turn, they just don't, a la the "missing waist joint" of many Deluxes.
