A quick play with the automorph gimmick should show you how,

Push the head down about halfway through pushing the arms out. It won't strip the gears.

Great head, and a better use of the PRiD Bumblebee mold than for Bumblebee... but I can't stand the colors or tribal tattoo-looking flame deco.

I might buy it to remove the head. Not sure what I'd do with the rest of the body though.
