Hmmm id decided on mp11 but now im leaning igear again. Those feet make him look clumsy imo. That skywarp look samazing.

 

I have to be honest, apart from the removal of the hip pieces I definitely like the old one better. I will be passing on MP-11. This, in my opinion, is a wasted slot in the MP line. The sad part is that more slots will be wasted re-using the mold for the other seekers.

 

Can MP-11 hold RTS Legends Megatron in gun mode?

 

I really don't get why ppl prefer the new head either  

It looks too square, too wide.....I really feel like they've dropped a huuuuge bollock with MP11

Indeed. That always bugs me when people don't put the wings back down, just like when they don't fold the flaps at the back of the wing.

I was curious if the spikes on the front of the wing would have clearance problems if the wings pivot down, it's good to know that it isn't a problem

Yea I still like my old MP SS...better paint apps IMO.

 

MP-11 is far superior. I just sold my Walmart MP Starscream to make way for this new one.

 

I think this is something some fans have been bitching about since day one, and I don't mind too much that they've met the request. Judging by responses, a lot of fans around here seem to have gotten pretty much what they wanted.


That being said, I'm Greenscream all the way. I LOVE the deco and I very much like the hip stabilizers. (although they do need to be swept back- I've seen lots of comparison pictures lately where they're dropped straight down- which I think is ugly) I wish they'd done more MP's where they experimented with changing things up slightly. Greenscreem is one of my favorite MPs. At one point I would have said THE favorite.

got mine yesterday..while i am impressed with it, if i didnt have the spare funds i wouldnt of gotten it....the new design is awesome but not a vast improvement that i would warrent getting it if one already had a previous version....am i happy i got it..YES...could i live w/o it YES...all in all its a badass fig that will looks killer on ur self....

 

Yeah, glad I passed. It's nice. But I don't like the head all that much. The older head you see more of the face.

The new cape is the only thing I like.

Nice to see comparisons. But at this point, honestly, I have MP seeker fatigue. I've got the original 3 TT MPs plus ghost SS, plus Walmart Starscream and Skywarp, plus iGear Thundercracker and the coneheads...

And even though MP-11 has a few nice updates, it has plenty of downsides too. It still fails to be the definitive representation of the character as much as the first version did, just in different ways. The feet, cheekbones, and grey plastic have been the deciding factors in me deciding not to fork out for him. Cost as well. They should have completely redone the character from scratch or not at all IMO.

I say again though, neither MP seeker is perfect. But I do prefer the sleekness of the original (with hip kibble modded/iGear'd). Someone please make some upgrades for all the earlier MP seekers that includes better shaped feet (not just flat MP-11 rectangles either) that can still turn the same way, toon accurate head, and swivelling null rays, and I'll be fine with that.
