Wow, he's really stellar. Thankfully, he scales pretty decently with the best molds. If we get a voyager, then great. If not, this will do just fine.

Hopefully it's your camera (how old is your iPhone btw, my 4S takes great pictures) because, IDK, the paint or the plastic, but something just seems off.

His height in robot mode is better than I was expecting. This figure is growing on me. But I think he still needs a voyager.

 

Very nice! I wish he would be a little taller in robot mode but it could be worse.

hes looking really interesting...and i love his character..im gonna have to pick this one up for sure....is it me or is there a gap in his rear or on his roof in car mode...or is that just the angle of the pics?

I got mine today as well. He looks a lot better in person than in pictures. He honestly looks better then the card art I think. Card art leaves off his painted fake car windows on his chest for starters as well as the fact that he has a lovely dark grey used in several spots which pictures tend to wash out.

His legs I think are the weakest part and I don't like his pop up head gimmick. Makes it hard to turn his head or get much movement out of it. I am probably being overly critical because I like Ratchet so much. I was disappointed to see his trademark heart beep deco on the side of his vehicle mode that ends up on his arms in the show is absent. The way the arms transform though it would be off in at least one of the modes. Not sure repro labels can fix that one.

Overall he is a solid deluxe figure that deserves a Voyager akin to FE Bulkhead IMHO. He cheats everywhere. Yet he is deluxe class Jeffrey Combs so there is some level of slide just for that.

 

We need a "Bulkhead I needed that" pic stat!
